It’s a very nice park and never crowded! The playground has lots of different kinds of climbing structures and other unique features. We’ve been coming here in the mornings a lot and it was well shaded when we were there. The Pasadena fire station is also just across the street from the playground area and kids are always very excited to see the fire trucks coming in and out. There’s a nice green space next to the playground area as well; it’s so peaceful there that sometimes a group of people meditate there. I haven’t dared checking out the bathroom though since kind of picky about public bathrooms and there are quite a few homeless people camping out in this park but they are mostly on the south side away from the playground area.
